Plumbing Technicians

Site Supervision DepartmentAbu DhabiFull-time

MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 50 Plumbing Technicians for MEP project site works in Abu Dhabi. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for executing plumbing and drainage installation works as per approved shop drawings, project specifications, site instructions, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Install water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing piping systems. Carry out pipe cutting, threading, joining, fixing, and installation works. Install sanitary fixtures, valves, supports, sleeves, floor drains, cleanouts, and accessories. Support pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and inspection activities. Follow approved drawings, sketches, and instructions from the supervisor or engineer. Coordinate with other MEP trades to avoid clashes and rework. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety procedures. Report material shortages, technical issues, and site progress to the supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience as a Plumbing Technician in MEP contracting projects. Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, water supply, and sanitary installation works. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Ability to work at construction sites and follow safety rules.

Electrical Technicians

MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 50 Electrical Technicians for MEP project site works in Abu Dhabi. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for electrical installation works including conduits, containment, wiring, cable pulling, terminations, lighting, power systems, and related site electrical works. Key Responsibilities: Install electrical conduits, cable trays, trunking, GI boxes, supports, and containment systems. Carry out wiring, cable pulling, glanding, termination, and DB dressing works. Install lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, panels, isolators, and electrical accessories. Support testing, inspection, and rectification activities. Follow approved electrical drawings and site instructions. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other MEP teams. Use tools and equipment safely and correctly. Maintain housekeeping and comply with HSE requirements. Report site issues, material shortages, and progress to the supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience as an Electrical Technician in MEP contracting or construction projects. Knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, containment, and termination works. Ability to read basic electrical drawings is preferred. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage. Good practical skills and commitment to safety.
